Q&A with leading innovators in UKB-driven proteomics
Featured speakers

Austin Argentieri, PhD, Research Fellow, Analytic and Translational Genetics Unit, Harvard Medical School; Affiliate Member, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard
Dr. Argentieri will present his cutting-edge work using the UKB’s large-scale proteomic dataset and machine-learning models to develop a “proteomic age clock.” His efforts have unveiled protein markers that robustly predict biological age and stratify risk for 18 major chronic diseases (heart, liver, kidney, lung, neurodegeneration, cancer) as well as mortality—with validation across UK, China, and Finland cohorts.

Roberta Benedetto, PhD, Field Application Scientist, Olink, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific
Dr. Benedetto will share expert guidance on how to leverage UKB’s proteomic depth to craft in silico experiments—enabling you to validate hypotheses, draft competitive grant proposals, and design cost-effective proteomic studies.

Klev Diamanti, PhD, Senior Data Scientist, Olink, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific
Senior Data Scientist at Olink, Klev will walk through how Olink Insight integrates UKB proteomic information, offering powerful tools and real-world case studies to explore and compare UKB results with ease.
