### Olink™ Reveal Grant Program Terms & Conditions:

- By submitting an abstract under this program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions (the “Submission Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between the Submission Terms and the Program Details, the Program Details shall prevail, including but not limited to co-sponsors, support provided, and implementation timeline.
- The relevant support provided under this program is intended solely for research purposes and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or any commercial purposes.
- As detailed outlined in the Submission Terms, Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials, among others ineligible persons, are not eligible to participate in this program.
- The abstract submitted by the applicant shall be based on independent scientific judgment. Neither Olink nor Novogene would exert any improper influence on the research results, data conclusions, or publication direction. The applicant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of the relevant samples have obtained all necessary ethics review approvals, informed consents, and authorizations, and that the use of such samples for testing complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- The review committee for this program will be independently composed of Olink technical experts, and the selection of winners will not be based on any past or anticipated business volume or transaction amount. This program does not constitute the provision of any improper benefit to any entity or individual. Applicants shall ensure that their participation in this program complies with the conflict-of-interest and compliance policy requirements of their respective companies or institutions.
- Winners are required to enter into agreements with Olink and/or Novogene in relation to the award issuance and/or testing services. If a winner fails to complete the execution of such agreements within the reasonable timeframe required by Olink, the winner's eligibility may be cancelled, and the Olink review committee will select an alternate winner in accordance with the Submission Terms.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the sample testing and analysis services under this program will be performed by Novogene. Olink will not participate in sample delivery or the receipt of any analytical data.
