Olink® Explore Cancer Biomarker Discovery Challenge
Olink is sponsoring a Cancer Biomarker Discovery Challenge for Innovative Researchers in Europe
We are pleased to announce the Olink® Explore Cancer Biomarker Discovery Challenge. This award covers the Olink® Explore 3072 application and is valid only for researchers based in Europe. The Olink Cancer Biomarker Discovery Challenge is an exciting opportunity for early-stage career cancer researchers seeking to identify new biomarkers for the detection, characterization, and treatment of cancer.
Olink offers high quality protein biomarker discovery based on a flexible and scalable technology platform. Olink has taken proteomics to the next level by enabling high throughput, large scale analysis of thousands of proteins simultaneously, while using less than a drop of blood and maintaining exceptional levels of specificity, sensitivity and dynamic range
We are inviting researchers to submit an abstract sharing their plans to use Olink® Explore 3072 in their research. The goal of this program is to enable researchers in Europe to generate pilot data to submit in support of future grant applications, and to promote the use of cutting-edge solutions using Olink® Explore 3072 for proteomics research. Applications will be reviewed within four weeks of the submission deadline.
Program Details
Submit an abstract (max 300 words) proposing a pilot research project that uses the Olink® Explore 3072 application. An internal committee will review and select the winner based on research creativity and innovation. One (1) winner will be selected and will be awarded a full plate (88 samples) of Olink® Explore 3072. Olink Analysis Services (Uppsala or Boston) will process the selected winner’s samples from sample reception to data delivery (csv files).
Applicants must hold primary research positions and must be planning to submit a grant application to support a broader research aim for which they need pilot data. Applicants may not hold current awards directly related to the proposed research.
Abstract submissions will be accepted starting June 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2023. The winner must ship samples to the designated site before September 30, 2023, after a consultation meeting with an Olink specialist.
